OVERVIEW

This privacy policy applies to blythearcher.com, operated by Blythe Archer. This site exists to share information about my books, connect with readers, and manage the ARC reader program for The Beaumont Fortress series. I take your privacy seriously and have written this policy in plain language.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following information when you voluntarily submit it through forms on this site:

ARC Reader Applications

• Your first name and email address
• Review platform profiles (Amazon, Goodreads URLs)
• Social media handles (if you choose to provide them)
• Reading preferences (preferred format, device, favorite tropes)
• Your application responses
• Your country (determined automatically by Cloudflare -- your IP address is not stored)

Newsletter Signups

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name and email address.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

• To review your ARC application and match you with books you'll enjoy
• To deliver ARC copies in your preferred format
• To communicate about upcoming releases and ARC opportunities
• To send newsletter emails if you've subscribed

HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED

• Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure using D1 database service.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
• Your data is not sold, shared with, or given to any third parties.
• Your data is accessible only to Blythe Archer (the site operator).

DATA RETENTION

• ARC reader data is retained while you're an active member of the ARC team.
• Request deletion anytime by emailing blythe@blythearcher.com.
• Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
• Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

COOKIES

This site does not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-friendly by design -- no cookies, no individual tracking, no personal data collection.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
